Moving to the Phoenix area also means having to find a honda service center to get my civic serviced at. I was lucky enough to make an appointment with Bill H. While my car is getting closer to 100000 miles, I do my best to take car of it on a grad student budget. Bill explained to me what services outside of a standard oil change would be expected in the future and actually explained in depth what each was. Most of the time dealerships will just pass me off as someone who doesn't understand how their car functions and Bill didn't make me feel incompetent during the process. I didn't feel forced to make any decisions right there on the spot, which I was again very appreciative about. My car maintenance is important, but I also have budget restrictions which I felt like were understood. They also washed my car! Thanks for understanding that college students are on a budget.
