I lived at the Alexan/ Inspiration complex from January 2016 to January 2017. I chose them for the gated complex, the layout (three story townhomes with a garage that showcased modern remodels.) My apartment itself was nice enough. I did go without air conditioning in the summer for over a week while they made repairs to the unit and I experienced a flooding that maintenance repaired in a timely fashion but failed to dry properly and eventually brought mildew to my home. Those were my minor complaints. I also had a very noisy neighbor the last 5 months of my lease that would regularly argue so loudly that another neighbor would call the police and my door would be knocked on and asked what I had heard as well. My largest frustration was the lack of service from the management staff. Even after the property changed owners it was impossible to find someone to retrieve a package for you or to get assistance from. My wait time for help was 30 minutes plus for retrieving packages etc. I was also surprised at how I was nickel and dimed after move out despite my asking for a walk through before I left the state and being told they didn't have time for one. A nice layout and a decent remodel to the units themselves but better and additional staff to support the needs of the community is needed.
