Nice selection. But, customer service is an issue here. I bought a bear for Christmas 2014 here. When I went back in February 2015 to get another, 3 clerks insisted that they never carried the brand. It wasn't until I said to allow me to go to the 3rd floor and I will show you that they suddenly remembered the bears. Recently I called to ask if they still had the brand and the male clerk said to another clerk while I was holding "I don't know how he doesn't know it isn't a Gund". He acted surprised that I heard him. I know it isn't a Gund because I don't like Gund!
