Excellent customer service. Took my car here on a recommendation from Geico after my car was involved in an accident. While they did end up keeping my car longer than they originally had quoted (one week ended up turning into over two), it didn't bother me too much because Geico covered my car rental. I took my car in a couple months later to follow up on some things that I thought had not been addressed in the original repair. While they said those items were unrelated to the original accident (which is possible, my fiance drives my car more than I do so I may have just been unaware), they took care of them anyways (fixing two of my headlights and my driver side rearview mirror). And yes, they do give you a little gift bag after major repairs. Over all, they are courteous and have good communication skills. It's also nice that it was literally a one stop shop where I got my car rental (through Enterprise), Geico estimate, and repairs done.
