After spending $200 for multiple services for 3 people 2 out of the three people's gel nails peeled in less than one week. I went back to have my 5 partial peeled nails fixed (and 2 others starting to lift by the cuticle) and ended up walking out. The lady doing my nails arrived a couple minutes after my appointment. She then started looking at the swatches to match the color & I explained that the swatch was darker than the color that came out (wasn't thrilled about that either). After looking at 2 swatches, asking somebody else for help, and me telling her 5 times that's the color looked different on the swatch she picked the one that matched the dried color on my nails. She then filed 3 of my nails completely missing the other 2 that were chipped and the 2 starting to peel. I asked her if she was just going to fix the 7 messed up nails and she said yes. I walked out. I decided it wasn't worth my time to have her file and damage 7 of my nails just to wonder when they other 3 would peel too. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They were good before, apparently that was short lived. Now I have to finish my day, in public, with 3 filed down nails, 2 chipped nails, and 2 peeling nails. I am embarrassed and furious to have wasted $200 only to have nice nails for 4 days.
