Called their pharmacy to find out if certain pain medications I needed were available. Both the clerk who answered and her pharmacist (who I had to insist on speaking to after the clerk rudely refused my request for information) flat-out REFUSED to even TELL ME whether or not they had my 100% legally-prescribed medications IN STOCK. I was sitting there with the Rx's in hand, offered to fax them copies or read off any number or code or whatever they might want to know to confirm that I'm not just some robber, and BOTH these people had NOTHING but attitude and were smarmy and unhelpful. When I told them I could not drive due to my condition, and asked 'what am I to do, hire a cab and drive 'round the Valley until I find a pharmacy that has them?', the PHARMACIST (supposedly a professional) actually had the gall to say 'Yeah, I guess that's what you'll have to do ...', and then proceeded to HANG UP on me. This is absolutely the most rude and deplorable customer service I have EVER had the displeasure of experiencing, and FRY'S as a whole will never receive another DIME of mine, ever. Too bad, cause I USED to spend 100's of $$$ there every month.
