If anyone ever tells you that this place is their favorite restaurant, unfriend them, and tell them to get their taste buds evaluated. I made this account just to leave this review. I got a chicken salad sandwich on an egg bagel, and what I got was chalk with a little bit of pepper, in maybe mayo from a month ago on a stale piece of cardboard. Immediately looking at it, I was shocked and refused to eat it. Their name is bagel factory, yet they couldn't even execute a proper egg bagel. They're supposed to be doughy and lighter, but I seriously don't know how to even classify it because I was so distracted by the mound of garbage that was placed on top of it. Never wasting my money or a groupon on this place again. If I could give it less stars, I would.
