I just went to Hobby Lobby and they did not have the quantity of flowers that I needed. The customer service manager was standing around so I politely asked her to call another store to see if they had the flower available. She said that "I could call myself". I was a little taken back and I asked her for the number so went to go get it and another customer said "wow that's terrible customer service". I told the customer service manager that I will google the number myself and figure it out. I think that this is completely out of line. I have never had a customer service representative to tell me that I needed to call another store myself. For a store with Christian values, I expect to be treated with respect.
