I've been coming to Arch for a while now (was a fan of the Old Town location when visiting chicago), and I'm a huge fan!
I used to get cuts and color with Cera back when she was at Thorps - she is excellent and runs an amazing addition to the downtown scene for us beauty junkies.
Besides awesome blowouts and brows, the product line selection is amazing. There are some things you just can't get at Sephora. Also, the product recommendations are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
