I've been going to Shane for close to a year now and I'm incredibly happy with my experience. Here are a few reasons: 1. Knowledge- Shane is obviously very skilled in this field. In my early discussions with him about having this done, he was able to thoroughly explain the process. He was clear that the actual appointments would be no walk in the park and that they also required commitment over a period of time. Most people seem to think it's a one time visit (as I naively did before doing some research). 2. Shane was formerly a tattoo artist and has had tattoos removed himself. It's nice when someone actually knows how 'unpleasant' it is to have them removed. Not to mention the fact that he wasn't giving a pedicure just prior to doing the tattoo removal... spa's have no business doing tattoo removal! 3. His place is sanitary. I don't need to elaborate on that. 4. He's good at distracting... I said it earlier, getting laser tattoo removal is no walk in the park, but it definitely feels less painful when you're not sitting in silence and fixating on the pain. Shane will 'shoot the sh*t' with you keep your mind off of it. It really makes a world of difference. So yeah...I'm pretty satisfied with my experience and am giving a glowing review!
