My husband took my car here for a car wash. He purchased "The Works" for $24. When he arrived home, he said, you're going to have to go back because they didn't even wipe the car down on the inside. This was after he had already spent time telling the guy to throw the empty cup out, etc.
I took the car back down and asked to speak with the manager Noah, he came out, checked the car and said, yes, you still have dust on your dash and on the steering column. While he went to get a rag to wipe it down, I opened the back to see if they vacuumed the cargo area and No, they did not. Noah returned and I explained the car didn't look like it was vacuumed either. He said no worries, pull over to the vacuum area and I can vacuum it for you.
I did just that, the problem is, I had to walk the manager through everything I wanted done, including vacuuming areas where you could clearly see crumbs. Had I not said anything, he was prepared to let the car drive away not cleaned. He thanked me for understanding but I did not have time to go over the entire car and explained to him what his team should have done for the $24. He explained that they had been slow all day but then just got busy and that's why my car was cleaned that way, but I didn't pay for 1/2 a " Full Works" I paiid the full amount. Nor did they say, hey we are super busy, we can't do a full right now. No they took my money and basically washed the outside if my car and dried it. Why would it be acceptable just because they got busy.
While driving home from work tonight, I noticed that none of the windows had been cleaned on the inside as well.
Not a good experience with the wash team or the manager.
