If you are a landlord, avoid these people like the plague, unless you like college students trashing your property. Case in point, the new residents at 1718 N. McAllister in north Tempe starting partying on the roof at 6:30AM and are still at it at 6:30 this evening. The same ASU students who moved in a week ago and have had a non-stop party ever since. Yes, a radio, alcohol, diving into the pool from the roof, a half dozen plus people on the roof, and even though Westwood was informed, they just don't care. Liability anyone???
If you like seeing thong wearing skanks on roofs, parties at all hours of the night and day, then by all means, move into a future slum near a Westwood property.
