WOW! I'm a Realtor & had a house scheduled to close on 9/23/17 but under writer of course wanted the shingles repaired prior to funding & gave me this condition on 9/19/17 (3 days notice).
So I called 6 roofing companies & there schedule was 2-3 weeks out... Crap what do I do, I got a referral to call T** Roofing who quoted me $1000 & he can fix it Thursday AM 9/21 (re-inspection scheduled 9/23). All I got was excuses it's too windy & the inspector is late signing off on permit so it never got repaired .
It is 9/23 at 10:47 AM I have till 2PM to get the roof done or it will not fund! I called Discount Roofing & Terry answered the phone, the 1st thing I said to him is "I will give you $1000 if you repair missing shingles by 2PM today". I sent him photos & he replied I'm out getting shingles now & will fix it & it will not be $1000.
12:49 PM he sent me photos that the job has been completed & invoice was under $300. As a Real Estate Agent I will definitely hire Terry anytime, any day & refer him to everyone!
