I moved in back in January of this year. So far there have been no problems. The move in itself went smoothly - I was helped by Logan. No surprises with the rent and maintenance bills I've been paying. Definitely don't feel like I've been cheated by any means. My apartment was super clean upon moving in, and the overall neighborhood is kept nicely.
They also host a free brunch every Saturday morning and have a gym and pool for all residents. The staff is always friendly, even though it can get busy and they can't assist you right away.
The only downer can be the parking. Luckily each resident gets their own spot, but it can be hard for guests (they can only park in an uncovered spot).
