After being sent here from another location that would not see my 3.5 year old (Eastern/Horizon Ridge), we got to the waiting room with our paperwork already filled out. It was not their fault we were behind other patients, so we waited. Zoey at the front desk was helpful and seemed to be always busy. There were 2 patients ahead of us but it wasn't too long until we were called back. The nurse was very sweet with my son. Dr. Johnston came in and was great. He took a look and confirmed what I thought- ear infection. He patiently answered any questions and was very professional. While waiting for the prescription to be written up, we thought of a few more questions. He came back in and was so nice. We got our prescription and my son is now home feeling much better. In and out in about an hour. (Early on a Saturday.) Thank you!
