We were lied to about the functionality of the prepaid iPhones. My iPhone screen was damaged, and we only have a few more months on our contract. We needed something more cost-effective. They couldn't offer any solutions, and told us that we were up a creek and needed to shell out for a new iPhone. They said the pre-paid phones are "different" iPhones and are manufactured not to work with regular phone plans. We went over to best buy, and were able to purchase a pre-paid iPhone for cheaper that works GREAT. no issues like ATT promised there would be. We've been ATT customers for over 10 years now, and this is the customer service they give. No loyalty, you're just a number here. Terrible, terrible store, company...stay away!
