I checked out this location on Maryland Parkway because it had good reviews and was open on Sunday while the other tire shop down the road wasn't open on Sundays.
I stopped by to get a quote and they had really good prices. I didn't have an appointment and got me in right away. I talked to Jay, one of the managers and was very knowledgeable about cars. When he checked in with the status of the mechanics, he came back to say one of my tires had more wear to do possibly alignment issues and I might need an alignment. After further diagnoses, he said I didn't need it, which I appreciate because he could have easily charged me for it.
I got in and out quickly for getting 4 new tires. The service was excellent. They even had fresh made coffee but no cups available, I mentioned it and they sent someone out to the store to get more cups, I consider that great service even though I said it wasn't a big deal. I'll be sure to come back and recommend my friends.
