Difficult review because I liked the trainers personally...but this was not a productive use of time & money for me. There was no process in place for my dog or I to follow. I do not feel they met the expectations set for me. I'm sure they succeed with other dogs but the training was not adaptable to my dogs needs. We would jump around to various things before showing improvement on anything. This may be why I still struggle with the same concerns that brought me to the program to bring with. I did not need basic training, more for aggression toward other dogs in the neighborhood, having visitors at home & walking. I was not opposed to using the shock collar if necessary but I did not want to start @ shocking him at 100% since my dog gets sick when he stresses & that level should only be used when ABSOLUTELY necessary. I don't feel the the sessions were production & flowed with the goals we were trying to achieve. They did make themselves available to me including at home training which I appreciated but we did not accomplish anything.
