Tonight I brought my return in (with the receipt & tags attached) and found something to exchange it for instead of getting my money back. My difference was $2.. The cashier told me that I needed to find something and that I couldn't just get that $2 on a store credit because it would "be easier on their part" for me to find something else. Are you kidding me? I could have just gotten all my money back from the return instead of exchanging it in the first place. I went to the jewelry section to look for something but wasn't interested in anything. I went back up to the register this time with a different cashier.. I told him I couldn't find anything and didn't want what I was getting in exchange anymore since I couldn't get $2 on a store credit. The guy turns to the lady and asks "why can't she get two dollars on a store credit?" And the lady says "because we're suppose to be up selling on exchanges." Are you kidding me... This is forever 21 not some high end store I don't care about your up selling give me my money back. Employees who work at this store have 0 customer service. Go to any other forever 21. Not worth it.
