I came into Verizon to open a new account after my employer dropped cell phone coverage. There were six employees in the store. Instead of helping us release our old lines and start a new plan they directed us to call Verizon Customer Service. At no point did anyone check in with us. We called the day prior and were directed to make an appointment and come into the store. It is baffling to me that no one served us in this store.
