HORRIBLE service! We went there right after the Pride parade and there were only 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. We sat outside and apparently were forgotten for 2 hours. Both my partner and I had to go inside at least 7 or 8 times to get someone's attention. We waited 45 minutes for our first dish. We had refill bowls so we wanted to try other combinations and it was another 45 minutes wait for the second serving. Worse yet, then the manager offered nothing but excuses for poor management and poor planning. He made no offer whatsoever to compensate us or to rectify the horrible experience. This place is a big ZERO compared to most restaurants in big cities where customer service actually matters. A small town restaurant with a small mind mentality. We will never return, and we will be telling visitors to Champaign to go elsewhere. Shame on the manager for under-staffing on the day of a parade and for neglecting his customers. This place needs better management training!
