I recently moved across the country with 2 75lbs dogs, 2 cats, and a hamster.
In my home town I had a fantastic vet - I didn't realize how lucky I was. After a couple bad vet visits I finally found this vet. So far I'm impressed.
I've only been 1 time and brought my cat who recently lost a significant amount of weight.
My problem was taken as serious as I mad it. The vet tech and vet were both extremely friendly. Both walked into the room introduced themselves and shook my hand.
The vet tech and vet both treated my cat well.
Once the next steps were discussed with the vet the vet tech came in the room provided the price to me ahead of time and explained each charge (no surprise prices afterword). I told him I needed to discus it with my husband first. He excuses himself out of the office to let me make the phone call in peace.
I'll keep my post updated as they are suppose to call with the results tomorrow and eventually my 2 dogs and other cat will visit as well.
