Forced to buy a tire waranty from Tyler during finace. Was told they cover damage if tire has tread more than wear indicator by Tyler. I took bike to service an was then told tire has to have at least 3/32 of thead so not covered. On 5/24/2018 i again with nail in front tire had lots of tread left but now waa told that tire has to have more than 3/32 of thread mesured from the wear indicator, yes the wear indicator. A new tire on has about 5/32 of tread from wear indicator, what a rip off. Im now out 600 dollars for a tire waranty and 408 dollars for new tires. I do not belive they honor any tire warranty and are just ripping off new buyers. I wish that i could post pictures of the tires so that all can see the like new condition of these tires that are not covered. If you are looking to buy a used or new bike from ridenow rancho, i suggest you drive right by and try yamaha of las vegas. What a joke and horrible experience. Have to give at least one star so that i can post, but ridenow powersports rancho and Tyler deserves a no star rating.
