Absolutely the worst kind of people in every way. I appreciate that they cant control every part of the travel system. I asked them for a pretty simple request -- thought. I had already traveled 2500 miles, I just needed the last jumper. I paid several thousand dollars for this opportunity in first class. I asked them to grant me admittance (paid) to the admirals club, send me to my destination, send me home, or send me to a hotel. They acted like this was an insane request... they told me I was not an AA member (which I offered to buy) so I was garbage and not worth their time. After an hour of arguing to the point the police were called, I got an awful seat at my own additional expense, with no refund on my original first class ticket. The specific people I dealt with were Beata and Lauson, but I could tell this was a corporate issue. I will never, ever fly with them again, nor will the 50 people I work with. And they also lost my luggage. The unfortunate part was that was the least inconvenient part of the trip.
