I havelived for 5 years and only because Arizona is so strict not because I want to I need to. They have put me through the most you can put occupant in. Floods due to maintenance incompetence, bed bugs and poor support from the office (I never had BEDBUGs in all my 32 years but they didnt help me). They prolonged the BEDBUG extermination process by not making sure I was full aware of what the process is. I have mold in my pantry and bathrooms I have pictures of EVERYTHING. Its,a gated community but all locks are broken. The have security. It seems every time they get a new company you see them, and they relize the office dont care and then you dont see them anymore. They start just hanging out around the complex rather then do their job. My fridge has been leaking for months. I dont want another frigde they dont get that i have kind of a seperation anxiety with everything lol but its been leaking water all OVER my kitchen floor. Maintainence didnt find water in yhe pan ever so they deemed it fine and said there is no leak. So i guess i been making this up. Now that I have a video of the leak they want to switch my fridge out for an OLDER one the took from somewhere else and refurbished them selves. Don't waste your money here. I loved my apartment because it's mine. I work hard and I need my appliances and apt to be functional because I pay 1100 plus a month. They don't believe you when you tell them anything, there's no relationship build.
