Very polite staff. The hotel us getting older but everything works well. Great water pressure as well. The only thing is "illumination". They really need to get brighter lights in the bathroom and on the room itself.
The shuttle drives are hysterically funny. The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere so very convenient if you're taking classes at Epic. Other than that, the shuttles really don't take you to Madison downtown. Which it's kind of crazy because they go to the Airport and must cross Madison downtown!
