Nope, nope, NOPE. I don't wax frequently, but when I do, I come to Urban Wax. Not anymore. My last Brazilian was two days ago. The technician was friendly, but ended up waxing way more hair than what I specifically requested. I've had this happen twice here before! I mentioned it to both the technician and the receptionist and they brushed me off. Fine, whatever. I paid and left. Afterward, I felt more sore than usual. I assumed it was just because I had waited a while in between appointments. But today I'm still sore. So I held a mirror up to myself and saw, to my horror, that some of my skin had been ripped off. So disappointed because this place has always been a clean and convenient option, but clearly, they're not that careful with their work.
