If you enjoy Ramen, or have always wanted to try it, Ramen Sora is a great place to go. I am by no means an expert connoisseur, but it's the new top pick on my short list of Ramen places in Vegas. The restaurant is cozy and bright. It was very busy at lunch time on a Saturday(and probably always is). I was by myself, so I was set at a big table with other single diners and couples. I had the miso ramen and a melon cream soda. The ramen broth was hearty and perfect. Full of flavor, and not greasy or too thin. They offer larger portion sizes, but the regular size was more than enough for me. I walked out fat and happy. As for the soda, it is better than it sounds. I don't even like honeydew melon, but I wanted to try something different. It was really good and refreshing. I thought it paired really well with the taste of the ramen. Melon and cream, who knew!? If you find yourself in China town and want some hot, filling, well-prepared delicious food for around 10 bucks, you can't go wrong with Ramen Sora.
