I'm a tenant here and I cannot believe this stupid apartment complex. First of all if your maintenance team is going to be renovating a unit. Why would you not notify tenants before turning off the water completely. I was covered in soap taking a shower when they decided to turn off the water. So then I call the office and the associate there tells me that they don't get notified when THEIR maintenance team shut off water. REALLY?? You aren't aware that your team does this but you were able to let me know that they are shutting off the water to renovate a unit. So stupid. It's common sense.... anytime maintenance is done, and if it effects all tenants within the building, why would you not notify anyone before turning off the water. So stupid!
