Totally unprofessional! So glad I didn't waste $45 on the enrollment fee. These people have no sense of customer service or professionalism. Both times I made an appointment with the staff. Came in yesterday, and the head of the organization had a dr appt, and rushed me through the whole
Tour. But I was being understanding, I can totally understand her forgetting to let me know she had an appt at the same time she asked me to come by. So she asked me to return the following day between 10-11:30. I show up and the front desk lady (who wasn't too emphatic) says "oh you have to come back another day - she's out today Bc it's her birthday". Clearly they lack professionalism and their other bad reviews on other sites were right!!
Zero stars for this joke of an establishment. Work on your customer service ladies and maybe you will grow your business.
