I'm evaluating this solely as a place to work out. The staff is friendly enough; however, the weights area is pretty tiny and has very limited amenities. It is also situated above one of the office areas, which means that people have to set the weights down VERY gently. This is obviously a problem when doing deadlifts and other exercises that can't be done ultra-quietly -- not without using pathetically light weights, that is. The track area is certainly a plus. The runner's lanes are also clearly marked, which seems to limit the number of walkers who hang out there (a common problem in many community centers). It still happens, but the problem doesn't seem to be as bad here. The overall energy level is pretty low. Combined with the tiny exercise space, this can be a problem for people who like to push themselves hard. Any experienced gym rat knows that the energy levels within the atmosphere do a lot to motivate (or de-motivate) one's self. On the whole, it's something. Basically a middle-of-the-ground place to work out. It's a step up from dirt-cheap places like Planet Fitness, but people who exercise hard would find it limiting.
