I have been here several times and each time I have received mediocre service.
Today's experience is what made me write a review. Went in for an eyebrow waxing. I was helped by an older Asian lady she didn't introduce herself and give me her name. What I think ticked her off was when she had asked me to put my purse on the ground. I kindly said that I didn't want to but I could set it on the counter. However, she didn't like that and gave me attitude and asked "Why?". Because it's an expensive purse that's why! (I didn't say that) but I don't understand what her problem was. Before she started I asked her to just clean up my brows because I don't like them thin... she answered "I know". I didn't say this but I thought..."How do you know? You've never helped me before or even asked what I wanted?" She gave me attitude and told me to close my eyes. She was rough or maybe she doesn't know how to properly wax brows because she didn't even hold my skin taught when she pulled. She also didn't trim or groom my brows afterwards nor did I dare ask her to in fear she would of botched them. I did ask her however for some toner to clean off the oily mess she slathered over my brows and she didn't know what that was....
I'll never go back there again and will tell my friends that told me about this place to go somewhere more professional. I really think the owner needs to reconsider dropping the "spa" out of this salon. Because it's just your corner nail salon. Nothing special.
