This place... hm, mixed feelings. On quality, availability of seating, street view and curb appeal is place is doing quite well. Areas they could improve however include parking availability, staff friendlies, prices and vibe. I love gelato, almost exclusively over ice cream and I always correct people if they interchange the nouns. This location has a wonderful variety and always tastes great even if it's a flavor I normally don't like... being inside Woodfire is an added bonus. Although, I am left a little peeved by the staff walking up and down the stairs behind The Gelato Spot counter staring at me. I'll be talking with a scooper/cashier and every time I'm there I feel eyes glaring at me behind her head... If I knew it was a problem with me in particular or a misjudged look I'd resend that complaint, but after the 4th time it's just bizarre. The prices are fairly high, leaving me to buy gelato at the grocery store more often now, which is why I too miss the groupons. They were the only reason I knew it or Woodfire existed. Now onto the parking, the lot would be more effective if sports car(s), owned by I'm assuming the up and/or down owner(s) at the closet and most effective for handicaps spaces, weren't there.
