The seller sent me the incorrect couch. I made the purchase on 8/15/15 and the estimated delivery was 8/25/15-8/28/15. It is now 9/5/15 and they just notified me that the couch ordered is now back-ordered until 9/21/15. Now, they are offering me a refund that won't even be back on my card until after all the labor day sales at local furniture stores. Furniture Creations has screwed me over in so many ways that I will no longer be shopping on Amazon. I wish I had looked at their Yelp reviews before purchasing from them. Shop Local!
