My stylist was part owner Vince. He was pleasant at first. I was told the entire process should take 1.5 hrs. 4 hrs later I was still there. Vince suggested the color to apply to my hair which I liked!!!!
I went from long hair ( Which was longer than mid back to a short bob) I didnt want that!! I wanted a slight incline / stacked bob (Long in the front, short in the back) Considering I showed Vince 2 pictures from my phone, which he looked at several times - he gave me one straight cut through out. It was horrible considering I got this done for a wedding on that day. I ended up crying - Josie tried to help while my mature stylist Vince ( insert sarcasm ) stormed off because he too was frustrated and had to leave to go have a smoke. He just stormed off - very professional there buddy! In the end I would NEVER recommend this establishment if your looking to get any major hair changes done. Maybe Josie is different but considering I walked with 2 photos of what I wanted and wasn't able to get neither - I would not suggest Warden Woods Studio. If for some way out there reason I could get my hair cut like what I wanted I should have been told not experimented on. I had more than enough hair to get the cut / style I wanted. I could have done a straight cut on my own hair - Im not not a salon professional. In the end all I liked was the color that was applied to my hair. I literately left wiping my face as I cried .... after I still paid full price for everything. You would think they would at least give me a little price break because I left EXTREMELY UNHAPPY / UN PLEASED.
Just take my advise and don't go there if you are looking for a dramatic change.
