Our first escape room ever a year ago was at this location in the Atelaphobia room. We have since done the Sherlock room as well. We love this location and felt the puzzles were very fun but they were quite hard. We have since escaped from rooms at other companies but have failed both rooms at this location. The puzzles are very engaging but many of them take a significant amount of time to solve so I feel like groups of 2-4 are at a disadvantage here. We did both rooms with a group of 4 but would highly, highly recommend 6-8 unless you are master puzzle solvers. We were recently informed by staff that the Atelaphobia room has been "re-done" and been made harder since we last did it a year ago so we may re-try that room but are concerned since it was quite hard to begin with and can't imagine we will pass it if it is even harder. The Atelaphobia room had a great horror theme and is the only one in the city we have done so far that actually had a bit of a jump scare to it. No other location that we have done has this so far (although I have heard The Basement is quite scary too??). The Sherlock room has great mindful puzzles that take extra thought to solve but the room is very very small and a bit claustraphobic. I would not recommend a full group of 10 in there unless you move around each other well. We were stepping on each others toes with just 4 people. But the "maps" puzzle that we did in there was really fun and had a great surprise to it when solved so we think many of you will enjoy this one.
