They used to be much better. I don't think Derek is there anymore.They seem a lot more disorganized. The last few times I went in for an oil change, I found myself waiting for HOURS. And it's not because there were issues with my car, but rather because they didn't start working on it at least 1.5 hours after I got there. They didn't even apologize. And I had made an appointment!! One time, they actually admitted that they forgot about my car, so I basically wasted almost 2 hours waiting for nothing. I would NOT recommend them for oil changes: they're not cheaper than other places and you have to be willing to wait hours for what should be a really simple task. I might go back for other things, like brake pads. Definitely never again for regular maintenance or oil changes.
The only pros are: (1) The staff does explain things your car needs without pushing the sale too much, like another reviewer said (but they always try to sell you something else); (2) the waiting room is big and clean.
