I have sent several texts, e-mails, and tried navigating their website multiple times. The texts go unanswered and undelivered, as do the e-mails, and the only time I received a response was from an automated machine that sends you to a completely different website and then asks or credit card information for a fee to view the property! Even worse, when calling any of the phone numbers listed, none reach any actual realtors and simply redirect you to the website.
It is as if they would like to completely avoid interacting or assisting anyone interested in any of their properties. When I finally got ahold of a phone number to an actual person, I was rushed through the phone call and once again redirected to the website.
Awful customer service, unprofessional overall.
An actual, never-ending, infinite circle of frustration. Unbelievable.
