I just wanted to take a moment to write a review for Alan and Kevin. We went into the store to look for a bed after having a sleep number and returning it. This was a wonderful experience compared to anything we have ever encountered. The "sales" associates were very personable, relatable, knowledgable, and honest. My boyfriend and I mostly dealt with Alan, but they were both wonderful. We let them know our price, and they steered us to things that were only in that price range and helped us to pick the best one while giving us the space we needed. Buying a bed as a couple can be confusing and stressful at times especially with a sales person breathing down your back so it was wonderful that were given flexibility and privacy. We got to know our sales person on a very personal level and spent about two hours making a decision and never once felt rushed or pressured. It was seriously one of the best experiences we ever had especially because we are often overly critical. We love our bed and will never forget the experience we had with the Best Mattress Centennial team especially Alan. He gave us respect, and we will always trust him for that. We are even considering returning for our guest bedroom. We are grateful for the courtesy he gave us as well as helping with the price and the bed frame.
