LOVE THIS PLACE. I could post forever. First let me say, I hate dealerships because when I take my car for service I feel like they can tell that I do not know anything and they try to get me to do a things to my car that do not need to be done but at Motorcars they do what needs to be done and that is all. I always know when I leave there my car is in the best condition. I am a nanny and drive kids around so knowing my car is safe is important. I moved back to Chicago in Sept and took my car for service in Chicago, they fixed it but I had to pick up my car after service hours because of my work, when I got in my ABS light was on, I went back in and asked a sales guy and he told me there was no problems, I started to drive and my AB were acting funny, I did not know who to call so I called Motorcars (the service i open untill 3 am during the week) George in service helped me even though he was not fixing it, anyway it turned into a long ordeal with 2 other fixes needing to be done but George helped me the whole way through! My fiance loves to go there because they have fresh baked cookies in the lobby. I could go on and on.
