The most rudest people work at this store. Every time I've visited this store no one acknowledges you. I've always chalked it up to the store being busy on the weekends but I came to this store this past Thursday evening. There were more workers then there were customers so assumed I'd get better service....NOPE. No one acknowledged me. I stood around waiting for the group of workers to stop talking and help me but that didn't happen. Another customer walked in and immediately turned to her to ask if she needed help. I walked up to the worker that was left alone and let her know what I was looking for. (Foundation)... I let her know I needed the Studio Tech but forgot what number I used. She was getting impatient (instead of helping me figure out the color I use) so I told her 'I believe it's 30 or 32?' And she said..'yea. That should work on you' and just left me there with out saying what she was doing. She came back with the compact and asked me if that is all I needed. I told her 'nevermind. I'll got to the biltmore Mac store as they'll be able to help me out.' All she said was 'ok'. No 'let me test it out. Let's see what color you actually use' NOTHING. Just let me walk out of the store. These ladies need to learn how to get there heads out of there asses and actually provide customer service. I will NEVER be back at this store. Ever!
