I would give ZERO if I could. I had an appointment, pulled up to the bay and no one greeted or even acknowledged me.. I then went into the service area and was still ignored...finally some, "sales guy/service guy" l, tells me that it will be $619 for a 30,000 mile service, even though they advertise free rotations As my proverbial mouth fell open, I asked why so high for an oil change? He didn't really give a justification as to why. This guy was on a roll... Hey guys, just because I'm a woman doesnt mean I don't know about cars and service. Then he tells me a cheaper service would be in the $360 range... I lived in the East Valley, AZ and Henderson, NV and both my experiences at Hyundai there, were stellar, professional, caring and reasonable. In fact, I drove to Gilbert, AZ and my service was $42. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER: just like kicking the tires, I refused his astronomical quote and said, "see ya." I called another Hyundai dealer and the quote was a full HALF of the $619 with the lesser service being $145. I know that Sun City is close along with lots of sports stadiums etc. Not sure why your cost is more than a social security payment. BUT AVOID THESE VAPID, FAST TALKING, SCHILLS .... Disgusting HEY MANAGER GUY: You are giving a genetic, "Oh well" "Ho Hum" comment. You didn't meet or greet, your customers, the quote was astronomical and $450 over your competitors, a Hyundai is not a Mercedes or Ferrari, so let me school you...you are out of touch, and haven't read your other 1 star reviews....rip off artists a dime a dozen, Rick.
