BEWARE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Present tenant at Coconut Grove apartments in Phx. I am having consistent problems with the living conditions!!! Safety &health is not a concern for management. Months of A.C bn broken. Weeks of hot air being blown into all units. Children elderly &animals becoming sick from the heat. Unsanitary common areas, ROACH / BED BUG INFESTATION!!! The chiller system a.k.a "AC" breaks every other day!!! Nd management is in an ac office. While us tenants who pay rent on time, bake from inside!!!! Unlawful living conditions that no one here seems to fix. Stay away from this place not even a last resort. It runs off filth, lies from management and constant utility shut off!!! No one should be subjected to this oven called a home, in Arizona!!!! We all pay rent and should be treated like human beings with respect. Someone shut this third world country down. No HONEST PEOPLE WORK HERE.
