Where do I start. First of all never ever go to Buick GMC Henderson service department. I drove in to the service area and one guy name Court Milmester jumped out of nowhere and began rambling about my vehicle having oil leaks and wouldn't let me speak. I wanted to tell him my appointment wasn't with him. He continued on about getting into my vehicle then he popped my hood. I felt like what is he doing with my vehicle aren't the technicians job to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle. I tried to tell him why I was there for simple oil change and he's pushing my accelerator and braking. I should've left at that moment but I really needed the oil changed. As I signed for my oil change he said he was putting a few complaints for oil leak ac issue and not to worry it's all on warranty. I looked back to make eye contact and there was none with him. Court didn't get back to me that day. I called several times and finally he calls me back. It turned out I didn't have the oil leaking or air issue I just remember when I picked up he didn't explain anything and all he said was you got it! What the heck is happening here at this dealership. I almost thought I was on some hidden tv show. He left me car less for one day on a oil change. Save yourself the time and headache! Never will I ever turn my vehicle into that direction again. Unfortunately I can't give a zero.
