I wish it were possible to give a lower score than this. I would. I started out with a loan officer, she left without even notifying me, I freaked out, I expressed my concerns to the new loan officer. There was little communication from the company, my realtor had to get involved in this. The office continually asked for documents that had been turned in, I sent them the same exact document 3, yes 3 times. Then, believe it, the second loan officer quit, and NEVER told me. I can't express how bad this was. I was told I would close on 5/3/16, nope, then it was 5/10, nope. I finally said you close or I will go to another company. There was a mistake on closing documents. Finally we closed on 5/16.. I understand buying a home is stressful, but the communication from this place was terrible, the service was worse. They were so ready to be done with us that our loan was sold before we went to title. The are not done with me though. I will go to every social outlet, BBB and anywhere else I can to file complaints. Stay away from this company.
