Bad customer service. We are having to send back our Vitamix because the knob on the base is coming loose and was not offered a replacement. We will have to do without a machine for 2 weeks while you repair ours. We should have been offered a new replacement.
We will let our friends & family know of our experience and that if they should purchase a Vitamix, that it may be of poor quality and may start falling apart. And that even with the "Lifetime warranty" they may have to do without a machine while theirs is fixed by Vitamix. You spend that amount of money for a product you expect it to be of good quality and not fall apart.
