Had a really lame experience with these guys. Had to reschedule home cleaning because of a work conflict. Cleaner arrives and says she can't clean the house because I have a cat (which is all disclosed when you sign up.) So I reschedule with someone else a week later. Then, three weeks later, I get a 5 a.m. notice that the cleaner will be here at 9 a.m. - but I didn't see the email until shortly after 7 a.m., missing their window to cancel. So I have to pay full price but I don't get my house cleaned. The company says they sent a notice that a cleaner would be coming. I checked my email, and indeed they had - at 1:13 a.m. Sunday morning. How did I miss it?!? So basically, they don't do the work, they send people to your house who don't do the work, and they charge you anyway. Stay local. Screw these guys.
