SAVE YOUR TIME, YOUR PET & MONEY!!!! Went to this clinic for several years & will not be returning!!!!. Wait time is ridiculous, each and every time, even with an appointment. It is common to see people with their pets in need of ER services forced to WAIT or turned away because they are ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED!!!! Don't even think about getting a call back from ANY of the vets, they are too busy & will only recommend to bring your pet in. Be prepared to pay the ER price even if your pet was seen earlier that day. Another rip off is that they never give a preliminary diagnosis & only insist on putting the poor pet through every test imaginable. Really pathetic is there is only one vet, who can give a ultrasound test and appointment times are about a month out even for really sick pets....seriously! Out of 5 different vets that my beloved pet saw at one time or another, I only recommend one....Dr. Kari Christianson & her technician (Kristen/Christian...sp?) ...both are beyond caring, kind & knowledgeable. Dr. Christianson knew exactly what was wrong with my dog, with a blood test and physical exam...something FOUR other vets cared NOT to figure out in the last year.
