I'm being forced to transition from running to cycling due to my knees, so I'm very new to the equipment. Tim spent over an hour making sure I was set up with the right bike (even telling me not to spend more on the next bike up from the entry level), getting it fit to me correctly, and tuning out the early break-in bugs. He even gave me some basic instruction on technique and form, while giving me encouragement for what was going to be an interesting adventure. A nice, honest guy that loves what he does and loves to help people get in to the activity.
