When you walk into the store it is beautiful and your experience will be nice as their staff is helpful and sweet. Once you buy your dress, it is a whole different experience, as you now have to deal with owner. The owner Laura, is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I have spoken to her on three separate occasions and was treated the same way each time. There is no accountability as to what month your dress will arrive and they can't even answer the phone! Do yourself a favor and read the 9 other reviews below that had the same experience I did. I wish I read them before giving Lillian Lottie my business!
